Cancer and Her Award Winning Book

In 2010, Ms. Heckler learned that she had Stage 3, Her-2 breast cancer just as she was beginning a new global marketing executive job.  As she went through chemotherapy, multiple surgeries, and radiation all while tackling a new position, she kept a blog of her many cancer experiences. Inspired to encourage other women to Be Radiant through cancer, her writings evolved into the book Living Like A Lady When You Have Cancer. She interviewed many other patients as well as medical providers for the book.   As a result, the book features the tips and tricks you need to live radiantly despite a cancer diagnosis.  She was honored when the book was recognized by the International Book Awards.

Faith and Being a Catholic Speaker

Most of us face different hardships in life. In Ms. Heckler’s inspirational speech And Then God Gave Me A Time Outshe shares how hardships forced her to spend some quiet time with God, leading her to understand what really matters in life; the importance of faith, and the fact that we are all radiant children of God.  This inspirational Catholic speaker motivates others with her authentic story-telling.  She is especially in awe and humbled by the standing ovations, prayers, hand-holding and importantly, the many new faith-filled friends she has made.
